Where can I see my points balance?
You can see them at the top of this page if you are logged in.
Can I combine my points with a discount code?
Yes, you can combine the coupons you got from redeeming your points with any another coupon code.
How do I use my points?
Redeeming your points is simple. Choose the coupon you want (depending on how many points you have), click 'Redeem' and copy the coupon code. You can insert it during checkout. You will also receive this code by email.
Will my purchases to your retail partners count?
Unfortunately not, this program is just for purchases from tahihealth.com.
What happens if I return an order?
If, for any reason, your order is canceled or refunded, all the points from this order will be deducted from your account.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we do. When you refer someone, they will get 10% off their first purchase and you will receive 100 points. To successfully refer a friend through our referral programme, you'll need to create or already have an Tahi Inner Circle Rewards account. Then, enter your friend's email address in the "Refer a Friend" section. Your friend must be new to Tahi Health (never purchased with us before) and must place an order through your unique referral link. If these conditions are met, your Tahi Health Rewards points will be added to your account automatically 14 days after their purchase.
