Take 1 heaped teaspoon each morning on an empty stomach to get the most out of the actives or add Tahi Mānuka to supercharge your morning beverage or breakfast. Due to the lower GI (slower release) of Mānuka honey, you can also use it throughout the day. Note: Avoid adding it to boiling water (hot is okay) as this can affect its unique properties.
